How can you help someone else develop a 6 figure income?  What can you possibly do to help someone make as much money as most doctors and lawyers?  There are a couple of things that must happen; first you have to have done it yourself.  It’s very difficult to teach someone how to do something you don’t have experience in.  That’s like it doesn’t make any sense to get a business degree and learn to run a business from a teacher that has never run a business.  A lot of people can teach theory but if you are going to teach someone practical concepts that work and will create results then you must teach what you have personal experience in.

In the New Year we all look back over 2011 and figure out what we want to improve on.  Did you spend enough time with your family last year?  Is your income stable?  Have you paid off some of your debt?  Have you traveled and spent more time with those you love?  Has your stress gone down?

Every year I start out with a goal and it drives me.  It’s something that ensures I maintain my focus all year long.  This year will be no different, I will help 10 new people make a 6 figure income this year.

In a future Blog post I will explain the process on how to create 6 Figure Income Earners in any business, job or location. It’s a simple process and it’s something that I’ve done to helping others over and over again. The question we each have to ask ourselves is if someone is willing to teach us and show us are we willing to do what they did to have the results they’ve had. Creating a 6 Figure Income in 2012 is extremely possible.

It’s only probable if you are willing to follow those who have, do what they’ve done and learn what they’ve learned? Everyone I work with this year that does succeed will have to be willing to work very closely with me one on one. They must be very transparent in their activities so we can help them do what they don’t know to do yet. They must be committed to their training. WAHM (Work at home mom) Capri Mulder recently made a statement that showed incredible foresight and wisdom.  Capri owns a lucrative and legitimate home based business and in the last 10 months that I’ve had the fortunate pleasure to work with Capri she’s generated just over $90,000.  (Previously in her job her annual income was $17,000)

As a mom you should make 6 Figures.  There was an article in Forbes Magazine a few years back that said a Mom should make over $115,000 a year.  The truth is, moms have the most important and hardest job in the family and they don’t get paid in physical money.  While it can be extremely rewarding at times and at times feel very frustrating, all Moms should have a way to create income of their own from home.

If you have recently started a legitimate and lucrative home business from home this is the season to go at it full steam ahead!  The first quarter of the year is when most stay at home business owners and especially moms make the most money working in a home business.  There are several reasons why this is the most lucrative time of year.

First of all, it is right after Christmas and families all over are wanting to pay off their credit card bills as fast as possible.  Most families have put in excess of $2,000 on their credit cards and they are looking for a solution to that credit card bill.  If you market a way they can pay off that credit card you are in a lucrative position. 

Second, most people make New Years resolutions to improve some aspect of their life, from finances, weight-loss to more family vacations this year.  Most people especially other moms what this year to be better then last year.  If your product or service can help improve their lives clients are more ready than ever to take action to improve their quality of life in January.

Finally in the first quarter of the year in the U.S. more money is available for people to purchase what ever product or service you are marketing.  Most people will start getting back money from the government in the form of a tax return by the 3rd week in January.  More readily available cash in the consumer’s hands.  The questions is if they buy your product or service will it improve their quality of life or multiply their income?

It doesn’t matter why you work a legitimate home business as a mom.  Maybe you just want extra spending money for yourself?  Maybe you want to have something that is your own?  Maybe you just want to have extra money to spend on the kids?  Maybe you want the extra income to help your husband with the bills?  Maybe you really want to take a family vacation this year?  Regardless of your reason now is the time to take action, don’t procrastinate and don’t hesitate!  Get to work mom because the first quarter of 2012 will be the most lucrative!

Title: Executive Assistant

Location: Your Home

Job Purpose: Your role will be made up of calling, presenting and setting appointments to create a positive environment for actual sales presentations to take place.  You will primarily work on the phone and the Internet via database management systems, coordinating and planning calls in a timely manner.  10%-20% of your job will be administrative in nature. Position holder must not be active or inactive in any type of MLM or Network Marketing opportunity.  Position Holder must not work in any other capacity from home. This position holder is expected to, with minimal supervision, complete assignments with high quality, in the timeframe agreed to by Stacy O’Quinn.

An ideal candidate will

• Take ownership of and drive the process, planning, and coordination necessary to create solid appointments with potential clients.
• Master communicating via the telephone to prospects following a defined script.
• Work closely with Stacy to gather and refine technical, operational and/or business requirements related to production.
• Track/manage productions to successful completion, communicating status, issues, and risks to Stacy
• Manage the resolution of operational issues
• Manage external vendors as required.
• Utilize Database management tools to ensure timely completion of set appointments and tasks with a high degree of quality.
• Write documentation to aid future Project Management on assigned task and procedures
• Ensure all projects are well documented and that the documentation is available and updated as projects evolve/change.

Job Requirements:

Since job is taking place from your home.  Ideal candidate must be able to have access to High Speed Internet (not satellite).  Must be available to call clients typically 3.5 hours in the morning and 3 hours in the evening eastern time.  You must be able to work when needed as required and self disciplined.  Work environment is at home but must be in a relatively noise free environment since most communications are over the phone. The following skills are required. 

• Able to recognize emerging event needs and have the desire to fill needs as a team player.
• Ability to push through during times of high stress
• Awesome people skills – understand and embrace Executive needs.

Qualifications
