Just Got Back from an Eight Day Cruise!

By

And I had the most amazing time every with an incredible woman, my wife Dawn.  One of the advantages at being at home and working from home at the same time is the opportunity to spend incredible quality time together as a family.  It’s not just my kids and the memories we make (going to Belize at Christmas w/ kids to continue building an orphanage) but also the time to devote to the most amazing woman God ever created in my eyes.

Just like success in work “actually takes work”, so does success in every area of life.  Being a parent takes quality time with the kids.  Having a loving, bliss filled and romantic relationship takes quality time.  Many people want the time but their job does not allow them the freedom to “work” on the areas they want.  Bottom line sometimes their “work” takes too much work.

As Dawn and I sailed the Caribbean from Tortola, to Antiqua or St Thomas, to the Bahamas we reflected on our 12 years of marriage and our family and our kids.  We realized that in the early stages of our life we were just going along and we didn’t know what we didn’t know.  We thought everyone had to work hard, sacrifice and strive to do well financially and some how one day you would retire with a watch and a pension and have the time you need with your family except you’ll be quite a bit older and your kids will probably have kids by then.  As Dani Johnson says that’s living life by default not by design.  The default equation usually ends up with stress, frustration, strife in the home and never gets better.

So are you happy with your time flexibility?  Do you make enough money to travel on a whim and create memories with your kids and spouse?  In your current situation will it ever get better?  What will you do about it?  You have a choice.  Maybe the answer for you isn’t to find a lucrative home business and use Dani Johnson’s training like we have.  But maybe it’s a different job or a different position.  You don’t have to stay the same, make a decision to do something different and take action.

Decision and action is the only thing different from you and that other guy!

To Your Success,
Stacy O’Quinn
