Are you all in? REALLY?

Crossing over

So you decided to do something about the struggles you have in your life.  You’ve either started a part time job, a side home business or you could have decided to take college classes at night. (I’m not a big fan of investing money or creating a mortgage in something like college and then ending up with a mortgage with no house and no guarantee of a job).

But regardless of what path you are taking to improve your life, the real question is are you all in?  See while it’s commendable to be doing something to pay of your debt, no longer live pay check to pay check and create real wealth for you and your family.  But a lot of people entertain  the idea of doing something.  Some even flirt with crossing the line to success and living life versus life living them. But are you really all in?

Have you jumped into what ever vehicle it is you’ve chosen and have you crossed the line in life that’s been holding you back?  It’s more comfortable to do nothing sometimes, even if it’s frustrating.  It’s more comfortable to day dream and flirt with the idea of starting a business, paying off debt and creating a lifestyle your  family can enjoy.  Your action will determine if you are all in.  The lifestyle you want will not create itself, but will you let the world create your lifestyle for you?  The world says you work minimum 9 to 5 a minimum of 5 days a week, usually more.  The world says you can’t wait to get off, to sit in traffic, to get home, watch 2.5 hours of TV, eat some take out, shower, sleep and do it all over again. All the while paying someone else to watch your kids grow and develop.

When you decide to cross over to success in your life.  You have to do it with both feet.  You see it’s going to require you to do things you’ve never done before.  It’s going to require you to learn new skills you’ve never had.  It’s going to require you to do things different than your friends are doing.  As soon as you begin the journey to success, life will automatically push back against you.  The only question you have to ask your self is are you willing to fight for your success?  Are you all in?  Do you want to focus on where you’ve been or where you are going?

Are you all in?
Is the life you want worth fighting for?

P.S. Success requires you to do something different, or you automatically choose to stay the same.

One of the greatest things I get to see in my line of work is ordinary people do amazing things.  The last several years I have worked with and trained an ordinary woman that has done some pretty extraordinary things. In fact she just made $4,200 in 6 hours.

I remember when I met you just a few short years ago.  You were a home schooling mom that wanted to stay at home with your kids and find a way to help your husband with the bills.  What started as a simple phone conversation eventually led to a working relationship and after working together, we’ve laughed together, traveled together and help others together.

Dawn and I spent a week with you and your husband in San Antonio and it was an incredible time!  Your friendship is something we value but your results are something that would inspire a dead person!  It’s not just the money you’ve made, the debt you’ve paid off or the vacations and trips you been on.  Your passion as a mom, a business woman and the skill set you’ve gained are second to known.

Kimberly, you recently cut your own part time hours down to help your 12 year old daughter (a young woman for sure) start her own business.  You are teaching her a skill that every parent could learn from.  Success is created it doesn’t happen!  GREAT JOB MOM!

Just in a couple days out of the last week, you took people who went from a cold client to a brand new brand representative and you made $4,200 in profit in about 6 hours (that’s fast)!  Kimberly, your skill has absolutely soared!  You aren’t just a home schooling mom, but also a powerful business woman!  $4,200 a week would equal $218,000 a year, if you only did it once a month that would equal $50,400 a year.  Not bad for a stay at home mom!

It really has been a privilege and an honor to watch your success, and to have been such a simple spectator to something that has been so extraordinary.  I look forward to your continued success.

To Your Success Forever,
Stacy O’Quinn

P.S. If you happen to be working one on one with Mrs. Bixby follow her example.  She will teach you everything she knows and there are so many people who would love to learn from her!

Are you frustrated with the corporate world.  Does it bother you that no matter how hard you work you can never ever get ahead.  Do you hate working so much and giving and giving to just be treated like crap?  Do you watch the political season as it unfolds and realize no matter which team eventually wins the White House nothing will really help you where you are?

In the last decade the people I’ve seen succeed have something in commno.  The people I’ve seen become debt-free, become financially independent and actually have the time to enjoy their family and having fun in life are those that got sick and tired of their own struggles.  When you have that realization that if YOU don’t make things better they will never get better for you.  If you’ve lived your whole life so far and never felt appreciated and never able to feel like you could break free of what’s become the “normal” daily/weekly struggle.  A struggle that never seems to end!

Your struggle is the source of your own motivation to step out and do something different to improve your own life.  I’ve seen it hundreds of times, just this week I saw Paula in CA (who when I met her a couple of years ago on welfare) share how she was contacted by a woman that was in a shelter but wanted to do something different in her life.  Paula, did something most people in business or working in human resources for a corporation wouldn’t do.  She said she got excited for her and prayed!  Paula, knew just like herself several years earlier this lady was deep in a struggle and in their conversation she felt that woman was sick and tired, she was close to her first step.  She was close to her breaking point, as in breaking out of her struggle and doing something to radically improve her life!

Are you totally happy with how things are going in your life?  Will the corporate world alone make you happy and allow you to live the life you’ve always wanted?  When the company is going through hard times will it fight to keep you and support your family, or will you be let go?  IF YOU don’t, who will step up to make sure you succeed?

To Your First Step,
Stacy O’Quinn

P.S. Has your Struggle motivated you before?  Yes or No? Leave a comment, “birds of a feather flock together”.

People that Inspire!

By · Comments (0)

Who really inspires you?  Who causes you to go out and attack the world head on?  What kind of person would cause you to press forward and live life to the fullest, even getting up once you’ve been knocked down?  Our society seems to idolize pop culture and the newest reality TV stars.  People spend hours researching all the details of their favorite actor or actress on the net.  While that maybe good entertainment who are the people that inspire you?

How about ordinary people that are really taking on the world head on.  When they world said, “NO” they said, “YES”.  When the world said, “it’s impossible”, they said, “it is possible”.  When the world said, “you don’t have enough time” they say, “that is only more motivation to create free time”.  When the word said, “you don’t have enough money” they said, “why not”!

One of the most amazing things you will ever experience working with people is watching them rise up to the challenge of life and begin to design it versus doing what most people do and allow life to design them.  Designing your own life is what we call living a non-traditional lifestyle.  What does that lifestyle look like and how do you create it?

You started to inspire the moment you made a New Years resolution at the beginning of the year.  Have you followed through?  We are still at the beginning of the year and there is still time to follow through!  You can get healthy, pay off your debt, spend more time with your loved ones and travel the world or what ever it is you want to do.  Just making that decision and taking action will set you apart from most people!

In the last couple of weeks I’ve had the privilege of working with some very special people that truly inspire.  I want to personally thank them for letting me be so close to their journey and thank them for being a REAL INSPIRATION in life!

Special thanks goes out to!

– Leena Amin from IL

– Terry Atkins from OH

– Helena Lavanchy  from Geneva now living in Newfoundland Canada

– Hugh Diltz from CA

– Kathleen Strangie from MA

Your success will be a blast to watch.  Getting to meet you the last couple of weeks has been a true honor.  Anyone working with you over the years to come will be truly blessed by the example you set and what you have to teach them.  You started the year with a goal to have more freedom, pay off your debt and not longer deal with the frustrations life throws at you laying down!  Making that decision to tackle the world head on is a hell of a lot more inspiring than someone from pop culture.  Most people want to, they never take that first step. YOU DID IT!

Thank you for letting me be so close to your success as you begin this journey!

You Just Have to Ask

By · Comments (0)

So often we live in a society where people are judged based on their ability to “keep up” with the Joneses.  But It’s not the Joneses “stuff” that you are after.  When you see your neighbor or friend driving a new car or going on another fancy vacation, it’s like they mysteriously found a treasure chest of money buried in their back yard.  It’s like a mystery HOW? The Joneses might work hard for their money, but hard work wouldn’t stop you?  IF you could have the freedom or luxury to pay off your credit cards, travel with your family and friends and create awesome memories you would.  You don’t have any problem at all working hard for what you need and want do you?  Heck you are already working hard for someone else, working long hours and always hoping for a raise that never comes.

I have a secret to tell you!  The “Joneses” might be working hard, but they are doing a different type of work.  Their work is allowing them to go buy new clothes and shop, buy a nice car or truck and travel and go on vacation several times a year.  Instead of assuming something silly like they found a pile of money buried in their yard, how about JUST ASK!

It’s amazing to me, over the years the hundreds of people I’ve seen start to pay off their debt, becoming debt-free while giving away and donating some of them 1,000’s of dollars a month to their favorite charities.  We all travel together, build lifelong friendships and generally just live a less stressful life having a blast!  At the same time, I’ve seen other people in my personal life watch me, make silly comments about how “we most of won the lottery” or we are just “loaded”. The truth is we while we definitely live an upper middle class lifestyle and we are debt-free and making 6 figures working from home.  It’s amazing how “most” of those people that think we are just “loaded” never once asked us how we did it.

If you ask me I’ll not only tell you!  I’ll actually show you and maybe train you exactly how I’ve done it and train you like I have hundreds of other people over the last 10+ years.  But first you just have to ask!

To Your Success,
Stacy O’Quinn

P.S. My favorite quote of Dani Johnson is “Success is simple 90% aren’t doing it”.  I think that means 90% just need to ask so they know how!

I work with a unique group of people that are non-traditional, unique and overall simply amazing.  Do you work with people that give, help, train, guide you and care for you? I’ve never seen this before.  I’ll give you a few examples of what I mean. First I’ve never seen so many people that could not directly benefit in anyway what so ever from me be there to support and encourage me.  Also I’ve never seen someone who has earned 6 figures or multiple 6 figures volunteer their time over and over and help me succeed.  Finally, seeing life long friendships created by people who are all different shapes and sizes and educational backgrounds accepted.  No prejudice of any kind total acceptance.

Every since I’ve worked with Coastal I remember the first time I actually met others.  It was like a kindred spirit finding a place that I belonged.  Suddenly everyone just clicked together because we had the same purpose and finding others that were doing the same thing was unique.  Maybe it was because we could not profit or benefit from each other in any real way. The connections were real. Those that had success or had been around longer naturally encouraged and took others under their wing.  The phone calls, email and cards that I get daily is a constant source of support.  I’ve never seen that in the corporate world.

In my entire life, I’ve never seen people who succeeded constantly volunteer to help new people like I’ve seen with Coastal.  This weekend is a great example Angela Blaker did a training call on talking to clients and she even let us listen in as she was introducing clients to the product live.  99% of us on that training call will never generate one penny for Angela’s business.  She’s been with Coastal for 12 years and she could not benefit from non of us directly. She was not paid or compensated at all  She opened the line and let us ask questions, it would amazing if she was the only one but this call is hosted by a different successful person every week.  This morning’s kick off training was hosted by Merry Lynn Sheppard out of Florida she made over 90,000 dollars her first year and she couldn’t earn one penny from my business but she was leading the training I was on just this morning.  I’ve never seen so many people that were successful give so freely of their time to help others.

Let me end with this.  The friendships, the connections and the relationships that last a life time.  People who were total strangers that inspired me on a website or a conference call at one time we now vacation with.  We build orphanages around the world, give to the extreme poor all building memories.  We work together (if you can call it that) but we also laugh, play and love one another.  I’ve never seen so many people care so much for each other.

This is the group of people I work with!
They are non-traditional co-workers,

But they are so much more!

Is your life improving year to year to year?  You make more money now than you did when you first entered the work force.  Do you have more stress?  Do you worry more? Even though you make more money than you did back then do you have more freedom financially?  Do you wish you had more freedom in your life over all?  Do you wish your life could be as fun as it was when you were younger? Read on…

The fact is most people have very little “reward” in their life and they aren’t happy.  They also don’t step out and do anything different because there’s always a risk trying something new.  The pain of staying the same is a whole lot easier on the ego for most people than the risk of failing at something new.  Even if that something new isn’t all that risky!  Being that it’s new is too risky at all.

I remember back when I first started a business working from home over a decade ago.  I was scared to death to do anything because I was 292,000 dollars in debt,  My home had damage to it from a recent storm and I felt inadequate as a dad and a provider.  It’s crazy I had to jump through hoops to get my first business loan of 11,000 dollars and somehow I was scared even though I was almost 300K in debt already?  With out making that choice I would have never made 6 figures every year since, become totally debt free in 5 years and given away 10’s of 1,000’s of dollars annually the last several years.

Anyone who decides to start a business even a home based business.  Anyone who makes the choice to actually step up and do something to improve their lifestyle and family will always have a similar hurdle.  The truth is 98% of the population will end up dead or dead broke by the age of 65 years old relying on friends family or the federal government as their main source of income.  Only those that realize their current comfort zone is just a prison that will slowly sap your life away and never make you happy.  Those are the only people that step out and do something new because it’s not risky at all from that perspective!

What’s the alternative? Stay where you are and continue the same path?

Let’s do something different, what are you waiting for?

To Your Success,
Stacy O’Quinn

What do you believe in?

By · Comments (0)

Just last week I came back from a vacation thanks to the package we market and use our self.  My family and I went down to Hilton Head SC and stayed in a 3 bed 2 bath luxury condo for $219 total for an entire week.

Here video review I did showing the actual condo

The reason I’m sharing this with you is because I believe in my product, and I use it religiously vacationing with my family.  Travel and the excitement of travel is something I’m very passionate about.  What are you passionate about?  Creating memories with friends and family is what creates real happiness.  Most live their entire life never truly being happy.

Life is too short not to be happy!  What do you believe in?  How can you market it and does it give you the freedom and happiness you want?

To Your Success,
Stacy O’Quinn

Years ago I started this blog to show people what I did to go from being $292,000 in debt as a military dad to a 6 figure income earning dad that is debt free and traveling the world with my beautiful wife and kids.  Every New Years I set a goal on how many more people I am going to help that year make a 6 figure income.  I taught things like how to follow a simple system, how to use advertising companies to get clients so you don’t have to worry about it and I taught how to motivate and train a brand new person/client.

For over 10 years now, I’ve seen people make 6 figures but not really improve or change their life.  They essentially just live pay check to pay check with the same struggles and problems they had but only bigger.  Then I’ve found a few people who really have changed their life and really are living what I would call the “non-traditional” life.  Their incomes continue to increase, their debt decreases, they create incredible memories with their family and they help the poor and disadvantaged in a powerful way.

To make a 6 figure income you must know what it’s for.  Why would you go through the work of learning a new skill and applying it?  If it’s just to get out of debt what happens when it’s paid off?  If it’s to buy a bigger home or car what happens after that?  What makes you continue to grow your income, STAY OUT OF DEBT and be able to continue helping more and more people?  I believe the only purpose that can motivate you to truly change and radically improve your life so you never work a 9 to 5 again, is to have real freedom.

Real freedom only comes from having a motivation that is deeper than a pay check or a dollar amount.  Most people don’t even realize how little it takes to be “financially independent” the rest of their lives.  Most people don’t even know how small of a goal that really is, do you even know the exact number of dollars needed?  When you are working hard for a feeling, soon as that feeling fills satisfied because you made 20,000 dollars a couple of months in a row then how will you work?  IF you cared about people wouldn’t you keep working for the people?  Would your income still grow?  Would your skill set still grow?  Would you be able help more?

Recently I’ve joined a group of people that have really been focusing on the worlds extreme poor.  While I was in Nicaragua last week we visited a land field where over half the population in the community rely on for their food daily.  I saw grand parents, kids, parents and even the handicapped digging through trash for either food or supplies they can recycle, 100 pounds of plastic bottles would provide 2 dollars for their family.  These people live in make shift “homes” that are just scrap wood or boards laid up against trees and plastic bags used to try and keep the rain from leaking in.  Mom’s huddle on the dirt floor with her two kids, when it rains its mud.  I saw a luxurious bed which was old box springs with a piece of plywood thrown on top.  What did you or I do to deserve to be born in our families, in this country?  If we were born in their families we’d be living like that today.  Their biggest struggle every day is not the rain or muddy floor but will they be able to find any food at all?

DGC_Nicaragua_Jan2016-7729DGC_Nicaragua_Jan2016-7732 DGC_Nicaragua_Jan2016-8146

Luke 14:12-14 He said also to the one who had invited him, “When you give a luncheon or a dinner, do not invite your friends or your brothers or your relatives or rich neighbors, in case they may invite you in return, and you would be repaid. But when you give a banquet, invite the poor, the crippled, the lame, and the blind. And you will be blessed, because they cannot repay you, for you will be repaid at the resurrection of the righteous.”

I believe for you and I to be “wealthy” we must work for a much bigger purpose.  Maybe you weren’t called to be a Mother Teresa? But what if you could give a small percentage of what you made to make a true life changing difference in someone else’s life?  What if you worked to increase that giving and that impact to the poorest in the world?  Would the need ever be filled no, because we alone will not solve the worlds poverty but you and I together can change one families life like this at a time.  Working together our impact will be far greater than it could be individually.

What if we worked in the “first world” to teach people how to fish.  But we gave to the “third world” because we know they will never have the opportunity as anyone born here unless we help them.

Think about it, suddenly a 6 figure income is nothing.  The impact you make in peoples life, while being debt free and traveling the world… that’s priceless.  The first step is knowing your part matters, because most don’t.  Then being passionate about improving your life so you can improve others.  Being incredibly wealthy is just a benefit, being financially secure is just a benefit giving your grand-kids and kids an opportunity they wouldn’t have other wise is just a benefit!

Forgive me for being so passionate today.  But this year I don’t want to see people make “just a 6 figure income”  I want them to have a real non traditional life! A life that others desire with a heart of giving others can’t comprehend.

To your success,
Stacy O’Quinn

A Personal Thank You!

By · Comments (0)

I can’t say Thank You Enough,

You’ve helped some of the worlds poorest over the last year and you may not even fully realize your impact.

YOU SEE, I have hard days just like you.  At times none of my leads are picking up the phone and sometimes when I call them I get the occasional asshole.  I also get excited about someone getting started and then suddenly they don’t show or flake out and it’s depressing.  Sometimes I doubt I really am making a difference and consider quitting.  You see the fact is without you I wouldn’t be here.

From the moment you and I met, you have inspired me to continue on, to give more and to help others.  When I am having a horrible day or week, you might have just sent me a message about your guest on a live call.  You may have told me about the debt you paid off or your $10,000 week.  You might have been excited about that new person that just set up a marketing system.  You might have been stoked about taking a vacation, or heck just receiving your package in the mail. Seeing you struggle with something and then pressing through it to success even the small victories at times, all of these things have inspired me in my hard days.

I very rarely share my hard days with you, but they are always there.  The enemy is prowling around like a lion and he doesn’t want you or I to be used in a powerful way.  But it’s your successes and it’s your victories I hear about that continue to motivate me when I’m struggling.  While I may have the pleasure of going to Nicaragua from Monday to Friday next week, I didn’t do it alone.

Everyday you give it 110%, everyday you defeat procrastination and doubt, everyday you are sowing productive seeds you’ve been a part of it.  You didn’t know it, but you have encouraged the encourager and because of you we are a dynamic team!

In the first world we teach to fish in the third world we give a fish!  That’s our motto for 2016.

I will be out of the office all of next week loving on the poor while in Nicaragua.
If you need any assistance at all feel free to contact the amazing Mary Smith.
Mary is from MI, and she is a real professional.  She’s super busy with her on dials,

but she’s playing team and offered to be available while I’m out.

Let’s Help more and make a difference bigger than just you and I,
