No matter what you do to make a living if you deal with people, customers or clients Dani Johnson’s training will impact you. In our company everyone works from home and telecommutes for meetings etc. The time that a new person gets started on the job till they are bringing in significant income happens very quickly in many cases and in my personal experience it’s because our company has created a very simple process for someone new to start but it is all based off of Dani Johnson and her training.
Dani teaches how to become debt-free even if you aren’t making money and how to do it lighting fast if you get a pay raise or increase your income. It is so incredible it will cause your head to explode and make your brain feel like mash potatoes for a second. OK OK… maybe not that bad. Part-Time Position Available, Full-Time Training

It was extremely beneficial and timely and her basic concepts could be applied to anyone who works from home in any position. If you work from home or you are looking to be able to make extra money from home. People want to be their own boss, spend time with their family, pay off their debt, stop struggling and be free from having to worry. But most people who start working from home will fail. Usually it’s the result of a confusion of excitement and belief. Have you ever got excited about something and bought it? Then left it in the closet with the tag on it for months or even years? Have you ever bought something from and infomercial and then got it and put it away without opening the box? People do that with a home business as well. We can’t change those people. But there are a lot of people who fail simply from belief alone. They feel it is too difficult and they can’t do it!
Your home business must be simple. The process that the person at the top follows who are making 100’s of thousands has to be the same as the person just getting started. If the way to succeed is all about a leader’s personality then no new person can duplicate that. The process to make money has to be so simple anyone can do it. And it has to be conveyed to a new person that is just getting started that it is that simple. When a new person can fully understand exactly how money is made in your home business and they feel they can do it they will go to work and succeed.
If you are a leader or you are training new people, you can’t make it complicated and it has to be simple. As soon as a person mentally can believe it is simple and they can do it they will go to work and quickly begin to have success. Success is never complicated and we can’t make it complicated. How DFI Created Vision and Purpose
Posted by: | CommentsWhen you are looking to create vision and purpose to inspire people to act you typically have to provide the vision that people feel like they can align themselves with. Today I got this email titled “Monday Motivational” from our company DFI. What is interesting is the vision it creates for someone like me who is just and average person but looking to continue to grow in my personal success. This email, gave me a couple of goals that I can reach for in my own business, not in just the Easter story example but also creating my own story. Plus, that training call was AMAZING that Dani Johnson did. I’ve listened to that thing about 5 times now.
Finally seeing who else is on track to win the Leadership Council Ring in one year pushes me to keep pressing forward! What is incredible about this email is anyone from any business model can adjust it and use it to great success just as our company has. While we hope you had an incredible Easter Weekend in looking for an inspirational story for this Newsletter we didn’t have to go back any farther than the Easter Story! For those of us that are Christians we know the ultimate price was paid so that we could have everlasting life. You may not be a Christian but for just a moment let’s reflect on the story and see how it applies not only to our eternal life but also our business life.
In business we have to look no farther than how much opposition Jesus faced. His friends turned their back on him and no other human being walked through what he did. None of our paths that we walk through in business are as difficult as the path that Jesus walked. But we can be inspired because we know Jesus struggled, through his prayers we know it was difficult for him. His sweat was like drops of blood, which indicates an incredible level of stress on the human body.
Jesus, knew opposition was going to come and even though it was difficult he did not stop he continued to walk toward his destiny. How often do you let others change or slow your destiny based off of your actions? Thank goodness Jesus stayed on the path toward his destiny and did not let the oppisition slow or stop him.

This month in DFI is create your story month! We all have a story and we should share it! Then we should focus on building it. Work closely with your Director and get on the core training calls to learn new tips and techniques on the benefits of your story, how to say it and how other’s stories are used.
